New Issue: Mexico's Metalsa sells $300 million 4.9% notes due 2023 at 321 bps spread

Atlanta, April 17 - Mexico's Metalsa SA de CV priced a $300 million issue of 4.9% notes due 2023 (/BB+/BBB-) at par to yield 4.9%, or Treasuries plus 321 basis points, a market source said.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the deal.
Metalsa is a structural components company based in Apodaca, Mexico.
