Mexico’s Metalsa offers 10-year notes talked at low 4% area

Concord, N.H., April 22 – Metalsa SA de CV was talking an offering of 10-year notes to yield in the low 4% area, according to a market source on Thursday.

BofA Securities and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the paper maturing May 4, 2031.

The truck parts company is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
