Mesa, Ariz., to sell $67.3 million utility systems bonds Wednesday

New York, May 7 - The City of Mesa, Ariz., is expected to price $67.3 million of series 2012 utility systems revenue bonds on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa2/AA-/) will be sold competitively. The financial adviser is Wedbush Securities Inc.

The bonds are due July 1, 2036.

Proceeds will be used to construct and acquire improvements to the city's utility systems.
