Momar buys $74.78 million of U.S. Bank claims against Mesa Air

Pittsburgh, Feb. 25 - Momar Corp. bought a total of $74.78 million of U.S. Bank NA's claims against Mesa Airlines, Inc. and Mesa Air Group, Inc., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mesa Air, a Phoenix-based provider of passenger and airfreight services, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 5, 2010. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-10018.
