Meru Networks reports plans to price public offering of common stock

William Blair helps fund general corporate purposes, working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 27 - Meru Networks, Inc. will price a public offering of common stock with a 30-day greenshoe, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

William Blair is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, sales and marketing activities and general and administrative matters.

The Sunnyvale, Calif., company provides a virtualized wireless local area network.
