Fitch downgrades Mersin notes

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded Mersin Uluslararasi Liman Isletmeciligi AS' $600 million of senior unsecured notes to B from B+.

The downgrade follows the recent lowering of Turkiye's sovereign long-term issuer default rating to B from B+, Fitch said.

The outlook remains negative.
