Moody's cuts MeritCare Health, N.D., to A2

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded to A2 from A1 the underlying rating on MeritCare Health System's $149.6 million of outstanding debt issued by the City of Fargo, N.D.

The outlook was revised to stable from negative.
