India's Mercator buys back some 11¼% debentures for Rs. 450 million

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 - Mercator Lines Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it repurchased 900 of its 11¼% secured redeemable non-convertible debentures for Rs. 450 million.

Following the purchase, there is Rs. 393.75 million of the debentures remaining.

Mercator is a Mumbai, India, ocean shipping company.
