Mendoza province extends offer to trade 2024 notes by one more week

Los Angeles, June 26 – Argentina’s Province of Mendoza further extended the expiration of its offer to exchange its $590 million 8 3/8% notes due 2024 for new notes to be issued by the province.

The offer will now expire at 9 a.m. ET on July 6, extended from 9 a.m. ET on June 26, according to a Friday news release.

The deadline was previously pushed back from 9 a.m. ET on June 16.

The new settlement date is expected to be July 9.

As announced on June 5, the purpose of the invitation is to achieve a sustainable debt profile.
