Memphis-Shelby County Airport, Tenn., plans to sell $146.36 million revenue bonds Wednesday

New York, Jan. 14 - The Memphis-Shelby County Airport of Tennessee is set to sell $146.355 million in series 2010 revenue and revenue refunding bonds on Wednesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A2/A/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. as the senior manager.

The offering includes $28.565 million in series 2010A revenue bonds and $117.79 million in series 2010B revenue refunding bonds.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt and to make improvements to the county's airport system.
