Memory Pharmaceuticals calls warrants related to October 2006 PIPE

New York, Feb. 20 - Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. will call warrants issued in its October 2006 private placement.
The warrant holders have until March 5, 2007 to exercise their warrants. After that time, all unexercised warrants will expire.
About 1.1 million warrants remain outstanding. There were 7.1 million warrants issued in the placement.
Based in Montvale, N.J., Memory develops treatments for central nervous system disorders like Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
