Philippines' Megaworld plans to sell dollar-denominated bonds

New York, June 16 - Property developer Megaworld Corp. said it plans to issue dollar-denominated bonds during the second half of the year.

Proceeds will be used to fund various projects.

The issuer is based in Makati City, Philippines.
