Philippines’ Megaworld to begin roadshow Tuesday ahead of dollar deal

Morgantown, W.Va., April 2 – Megaworld Corp. said it has mandated JPMorgan as bookrunner to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings in Singapore and Hong Kong beginning on Tuesday.

A Regulation S dollar-denominated securities offering may follow, subject to market conditions, according to a press release.

Megaworld is a Makati City, Philippines-based real estate development company.
