New Issue: Philippines' Megaworld sells $250 million 4¼% notes at Treasuries plus 245 bps

Atlanta, April 17 - Philippines-based Megaworld Corp. sold $250 million 4¼% notes due 2023 at a spread of Treasuries plus 245 basis points, according to a company announcement.

The notes priced in line with talk, set at 4¼%.

UBS was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Megaworld is a real estate company based in Makati City, Philippines.
