Medical College of Wisconsin to submit bids on series 2004B-2 auction-rate bonds

New York, April 1 - The Medical College of Wisconsin intends to submit bids on $66.35 million in series 2004B-2 auction-rate bonds on Friday.

The issuer will bid at a rate not less than the Sifma Municipal Swap index as of the Wednesday reset date.

In the last auction, held March 7, $48.975 million in securities were auctioned. The clearing rate was 8% with a high rate of 8%, a low rate of 3.75% and a 5.4% median bid.

The broker-dealer for the bonds is Goldman, Sachs & Co.
