Mediacom to repay $200 million of term loan D debt via notes offering

Norfolk, Va., March 17 - Mediacom Broadband LLC and Mediacom Broadband Corp. plan to repay $200 million of outstanding debt under its term loan D maturing Jan. 31, 2015 with the proceeds from a new senior notes offering, according to a press release.

Following the repayment, there is $544 million principal amount outstanding under the term loan D.

The issuers are wholly owned subsidiaries of Mediacom Communications Corp., which is a cable television company based in Middletown, N.Y.
