Atlanta, March 4 - Media Sciences International Inc. closed a private placement of stock for $1 million.
The company sold 500,000 shares at $2.00 each to MicroCapital Fund LP and MicroCapital Fund Ltd.
Based in Oakland, N.J., Media Sciences makes printing supplies for color printing businesses. It plans to use the proceeds for working capital.
