Moody's: Irkutskenergo outlook negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the B1 corporate family rating of AOEiE Irkutskenergo to negative.

The outlook change reflects the increased pressure on the company's liquidity profile and the company's limited ability to attract long-term funding under the current credit crunch, according to the agency.

In addition to the liquidity issues, the company's cash flow could be affected by higher financing costs, the agency noted.
