Indonesia's Medco Energy to sell $300 million notes to refinance debt

St. Louis, Oct. 26 - Indonesia's PT Medco Energy International Tbk. is expected to sell $300 million of bonds before the end of the month, according to a market source.

Proceeds would be used to refinance notes maturing in 2010.

The prospective issuer is an oil and gas producer based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
