Fitch gives F1+ to Middletown Regional Hospital, Ohio, bonds
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a short-term rating of F1+ to the City of Middletown, Ohio's $110 million (Middletown Regional Hospital obligated group) auction-rate revenue bonds, series 2007A and 2007B, based on an unconditional tender offer by MedAmerica Health System.
The rating applies to $55 million of 2007A bonds and $55 million of 2007B bonds.
At the same time, Fitch said it affirmed the AA- long-term rating on all of the outstanding debt of MedAmerica.
The outlook is stable.
