New Issue: Mecklenburg County, N.C., prices $100 million general obligation bonds

New York, Feb. 24 – Mecklenburg County, N.C., priced $100 million of series 2015A general obligation school bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold competitively. The issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.15% to 3.35% yields.

Proceeds will be used to finance school building construction, equipment and improvement.
