Mecklenburg County, N.C., to redeem $110.83 million in certificates

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 21 - Mecklenburg County in North Carolina announced it plans to redeem all $110.83 million of its variable-rate certificates of participation series 2007A due 2027 at par plus accrued interest to Oct. 1, the redemption date.

Regions Bank (866 512-3479) is the trustee.

The county seat of Mecklenburg County is Charlotte, N.C.
