ANZ New Zealand to sell fixed-rate notes due 2023, 2030 on Thursday

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 6 – ANZ New Zealand International Ltd. plans to price two tranches of senior notes (A1/AA-/AA-) on Thursday, according to a market source.

The deal includes notes due Feb. 13, 2023 with initial revised price talk in the Treasuries plus 60 basis points area and notes due Feb. 13, 2030 that are initially talked to print in the Treasuries plus 110 bps area.

Revised price talk on both tranches tightened 5 bps from initial price talk.

ANZ Securities Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the lead managers.

ANZ New Zealand is an Auckland, New Zealand-based funding arm of ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd.
