Sept. 17 – ANZ New Zealand (International) Ltd. priced $500 million of 2.6% five-year notes (Aa3/AA-/) at Treasuries plus 85 basis points, an informed source said.
Pricing was at the tight end of guidance.
The notes sold at 99.935 to yield 2.614%.
The sale was done via Rule 144A and Regulation S.
The bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and ANZ.
