Chicago, Aug. 8 – ANZ New Zealand International Ltd. through its London Branch priced $1 billion of 5.355% five-year bonds on Monday, according to a source.
Pricing at Treasuries plus 120 basis points, the notes came 25 bps low to initial talk in the 145 bps area.
Initial price talk was brought down from previous guidance in the 150 bps area.
ANZ Bank, Citigroup, HSBC and JPMorgan were listed as bookrunners.
ANZ New Zealand International is a subsidiary of Wellington, New Zealand-based ANZ Bank New Zealand.
