ANZ New Zealand to price five-year notes talked to yield Treasuries plus 75 bps area

Concord, N.H., June 15 – ANZ New Zealand International Ltd. plans to price an offering of five-year notes that were being talked to yield in the area of Treasuries plus 75 basis points, according to a market source on Tuesday.

ANZ, BofA Securities, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities are marketing the notes due June 22, 2026.

ANZ New Zealand International is a subsidiary of Wellington, New Zealand-based ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd.
