Michigan Finance preps $154.56 million McLaren Health refunding bonds

New York, April 23 – The Michigan Finance Authority is set to price $154,555,000 of series 2015D hospital revenue refunding bonds for McLaren Health, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $78.94 million of series 2015D-1 bonds and $75,615,000 of series 2015D-2 bonds.

The bonds (Aa3//AA-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the senior manager.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2008A-B revenue bonds.
