New York, Dec. 19 - Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corp. indirect subsidiary MCE Leisure (Philippines) Corp. priced PHP 15 billion of 5% senior notes due 2019 at par on Thursday, according to a press release.
The roughly $340 million of notes was offered to limited investors via private placement within the Philippines.
Net proceeds are intended for capital expenditures, refinancing of debt and general corporate purpose.
Settlement is anticipated by Jan. 31.
Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts is a subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment. It is currently developing City of Dreams Manila, a casino, hotel, retail and entertainment integrated resort in Manila.
