China's Anton Oilfield to issue dollar notes via three bookrunners

Chicago, Nov. 14 – China's Anton Oilfield Services Group is proposing a new issue of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

The Regulation S notes will be marketed via roadshow, conducted by Nomura International plc, Admiralty Harbour Capital Ltd. and UBS AG Hong Kong Branch as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

The proposed notes may include guarantees to be provided by subsidiary guarantors.

Anton Oilfield is a Beijing-based integrated oilfield services provider that offers oilfield services globally and products covering the full cycle of oil and gas field development.
