Moody’s upgrades Anton Oilfield to B2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Anton Oilfield Services Group's corporate family and senior unsecured ratings to B2 from B3.

The outlook remains positive.

"The ratings upgrade and positive outlook reflect our expectation that the company's better-than-expected credit profile will be sustained over the next 12-18 months, supported by a favorable operating environment, an improved cost structure and a more diversified customer mix," Moody's vice president and senior credit officer Chenyi Lu said in a news release.
