China's Anton Oilfield to issue dollar notes via two bookrunners

Atlanta, Oct. 21 - China's Anton Oilfield Services Group is looking to issue dollar-denominated notes with bookrunners Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, a market source said Monday.

The proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S issue will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Beijing, Anton Oilfield provides technical oil and gas field development services.
