MAXjet plan of liquidation confirmation hearing delayed to March 16

Portland, Ore., Feb. 5 - MAXjet Airways, Inc.'s confirmation hearing for its plan of liquidation was pushed back to March 16, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Feb. 5.

MAXjet was an all-business-class airline based in Dulles, Va. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Dec. 24, 2007. Its case number is 07-11912.
