Singapore's Maxi-Cash sets up S$300 million multicurrency MTN program

Madison, Wis., Oct. 11 - Maxi-Cash Financial Services Corp. Ltd. said it established a S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program on Friday.

United Overseas Bank Ltd. is the arranger and dealer.

Proceeds from notes issued under the program will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings and financing working capital and capital expenditure requirements.

Based in Singapore, Maxi-Cash provides financial services in the form of pawnbroking.
