Maxcom issues change-of-control notice of redemption for PIK notes

Chicago, Nov. 12 – Maxcom Telecomunicaciones SAB de CV issued a notice of redemption for its junior payment-in-kind notes (Cusip: 57773AAN2).

The notes are being redeemed in accordance with the change of control part of the indenture.

The notes will be redeemed at $282.829117 per $1,000 note, for a total of $7,480,820.17.
