Matrix receives extension to file amended plan, disclosure statement

New York, Oct. 22 - Matrix Development Corp., formerly Legend Homes, obtained an extension to file an amended plan of reorganization and related disclosure statement, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.

The company's deadline to file the plan and the statement is extended to Nov. 30 and the deadline for objections is extended to Dec. 11.The company's disclosure statement was previously refused on June 15, according to the motion.

A plan confirmation hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 21.

If no objection to the amended disclosure statement is filed, the court may approve it without further notice, the motion states.

Matrix Development is a Portland, Ore., developer, designer and builder of homes and condominiums that filed for bankruptcy on June 10, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-32798.
