Matrix Development/Legend Homes unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, July 1 - Matrix Development and Legend Homes' official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by the U.S. Trustee, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.

The committee members include Phil Kartel of Salem Painting Co., Tualatin, Ore.; Alan Sanchez of Tri County Temp Control, Oregon City, Ore.; and Cathy Roper of SR Design LLC, Beaverton, Ore.

Legend Homes and Matrix Development are Portland, Ore., developers, designers and builders of homes and condominiums that filed for bankruptcy on June 10. Their Chapter 11 case number is 08-32798.
