Mastellone Hermanos buys back $1 million 11¾% notes

Feb. 8 - Mastellone Hermanos SA said it bought back $1 million of its 11¾% notes due 2008.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

Following the buyback, $6.09 million of the notes remain outstanding.
