New Issue: Argentina's Mastellone Hermanos sells $20 million 9½% notes at 96.79729

Pittsburgh, Dec. 14 - Mastellone Hermanos SA sold $20 million of class E 9½% fixed-rate notes due June 21, 2013 at a price of 96.79729, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company offered to sell up to $30 million of the notes under its $250 million notes program.

Mastellone Hermanos is a Buenos Aires food company.
