MassMutual's Focused International Fund adjusts portfolio management

San Diego, Nov. 17 - MassMutual Premier Funds announced a change to the portfolio management for its MassMutual Focused International Fund.

According to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Jonathan Greenhill is a portfolio manager and has managed the fund since April 2011.

Greenhill is an investment manager and member of the Global Equity Group at Baring International Management Ltd., the fund's subadviser. With Baring since 2009, he is responsible for International Equity, which is focused on EAFE markets, and for leading the Japanese research and investment management effort. Prior to Baring, he was a partner at Occam Asset Management from 2007 to 2009 and, from 2003 to 2007, a senior vice president in the Global Equity Team at Lazard Asset Management.

David Bertocchi remains as a portfolio manager of the fund and has managed it since 2008.

Nathan Griffiths is no longer a portfolio manager for the fund.

The fund's adviser is Springfield, Mass.-based Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.
