Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust to price $352.58 million of revolving fund bonds

New York, May 21 - The Massachusetts Water Abatement Trust is set to price $352.58 million of series 2012 state revolving fund bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA), said a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $89.96 million of series 16A and $136.75 million of series 16B bonds and $29.83 million of series 2012A and $96.04 million of series 2012B bonds.

The series 16A and 2012A bonds will be sold competitively. The series 16B and 2012B bonds will be sold through senior manager Jefferies & Co. The co-managers are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc., Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC, Cabrera Capital Markets LLC, CastleOak Securities LP, Corby Capital Markets Inc., Fidelity Capital Markets LLC, Jackson Securities Inc., Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Lebenthal & Co., Loop Capital Markets LLC, M.R. Beal & Co., Piper Jaffray & Co., Raymond James/Morgan Keegan, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Rice Financial Products Co., Roosevelt & Cross Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance water abatement and clean drinking water projects as well as to refund existing debt.
