Massachusetts State College Building Authority to sell $151.1 million revenue bonds Monday

New York, Dec. 3 - The Massachusetts State College Building Authority plans to price $151.095 million in series 2009 project revenue bonds on Monday, according to a calendar of upcoming deals.
The offering includes $84.045 million in series 2009B bonds and $67.05 million in series 2009C Build America Bonds.
The lead managers are Jefferies & Co. and Barclays Capital Inc.
The co-managers are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Raymond James & Associates Inc.
Proceeds will be used to fund infrastructure projects at colleges within the state.
