New Issue: Massachusetts Housing Finance sells $75.35 million housing bonds

New York, Aug. 14 - The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency sold $75.35 million of series 2012 housing mortgage bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//AA-) were sold through Barclays.

The offering included $34,735,000 of series 2012A bonds and $40,615,000 of series 2012B bonds.

The 2012A bonds are due 2012 to 2024 with term bonds due in 2027 and 2031. The serial coupons range from 0.2% to 2.85%, all priced at par.

The 2012B bonds are due 2013 to 2022 with term bonds due in 2027, 2031, 2042 and 2053. The serial coupons range from 0.45% to 2.65%, all priced at par. The 2027 bonds have a 3.25% coupon priced at par, and the 2031 bonds have a 3.5% coupon priced at par. The 2042 bonds have a 3.77% coupon priced at par, and the 2053 bonds have a 4.02% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance mortgage loans.
