Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities to reoffer $134.2 million Boston University auction bonds

Springdale, Ark., May 8 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to convert the remaining $134.2 million series N auction-rate demand revenue bonds for Boston University on May 15, according to a preliminary reoffering circular.

The bonds will be converted to a weekly rate and remarketed.

Lehman Brothers is the remarketing agent.
