New Issue: Massachusetts Development prices $57.79 million of Southcoast Health revenue bonds

New York, Jan. 30 - The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency sold $57,785,000 of series 2013F revenue bonds for the Southcoast Health System Obligated Group, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2/A/) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2022 with term bonds due in 2027, 2032, 2037 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2027 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 116.751 and the 2032 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 102.911. The 2037 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 112.309 and the 2043 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.473.

Proceeds will be used to finance or reimburse the agency for capital projects.
