S&P rates Boston University bonds A-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A- long-term rating to Massachusetts Development Finance Agency' approximately $536 million of series U bonds issued for Boston University.

The outlook is stable.

S&P also said it affirmed the A- long-term rating and A- underlying rating on the outstanding debt issued for Boston University.
