Maryland Health considers refunding deal for LifeBridge Health bonds

New York, June 2 – The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority is contemplating a refunding deal for bonds issued for LifeBridge Health Inc., according to a statement released Tuesday by the authority.

The proposed deal would refund series 2008 revenue bonds issued for LifeBridge.

Pricing of the bonds depends upon market conditions and other factors.
