New Issue: Maryland Health brings $59.78 million of revenue bonds for Carroll Hospital Center

New York, May 3 - The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority priced $59.78 million of series 2012A revenue bonds for the Carroll Hospital Center, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A3//BBB+) were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC. The co-managers were Bank of America Merrill Lynch and M&T Securities Inc.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2030 and 2037. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2030 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.36, and the 2037 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 105.507.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt issued for the hospital center.
