New Issue: Maryland Health prices $73.63 million Anne Arundel Health revenue bonds

New York, Oct. 18 - The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority sold $73,625,000 of series 2012 revenue bonds for the Anne Arundel Health System, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A3/A-/A-) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and BB&T Capital Markets.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2027 with a term bond due in 2034. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2034 bonds have a split maturity with a 3.75% coupon priced at 98.535 and a 4% coupon priced at 102.415.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.
