S&P gives AAA to Maryland's consolidated transportation bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA rating with stable outlook to Maryland Department of Transportation's $250 million of series 2008 consolidated transportation bonds.

S&P also affirmed its AAA rating with stable outlook for the state's outstanding consolidated transportation bonds.
