Antero Resources selling $300 million eight-year notes Wednesday

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 14 - Antero Resources Finance Corp. is planning a $300 million issue of senior notes due 2020 (expected ratings B2/B+) for Wednesday's session, according to a market source.

The company held an investor call at 11 a.m. ET.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the left bookrunner.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the senior co-managers.

BB&T Capital Markets, Capital One, Comerica, KeyBanc Capital Markets LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the co-managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights deal.

The notes will be callable in three years at par plus 75% of the coupon.

Proceeds will be used to pay down the company's revolving credit facility.
